We hope that your child never experiences a dental emergency, but if he/she does, we want you to know that we are always available.

During office hours, if your child is having pain or experiences an emergency – such as bleeding, swelling, or trauma-please call us immediately so that we may schedule the best available time for you. We will do everything possible to treat your child’s problem immediately and attend to you needs.

If an emergency occurs after hours, we can be reached 24 hours a day.

Dr. Callen can be reached through her pager at 513-736-4186. At the sound of the beep, please dial your number and the “#” key. Dr. Callen will respond to your call.

Dr. Mueller can be reached after hours at home, 513-234-9188. If she is not at home, feel free to try her on her cell phone at 513-254-5606.

If neither doctor is available, please call the dental resident at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center at 513-636-4200.
